Kevin Leest completes First Motorsport-quartet in Division 3

Kevin Leest is making a comeback. Last year the Limburg based driver created a song and dance when he rather rebelled on the start grid at Spa-Francorchamps. Leest started off with AD Sport in 2007, but only competed in a few races. The Dutchman couldn't come to terms with the system of the norm times. He parked his Porsche 996 Biturbo on the starting grid, to the great displeasure of many of his fellow competitors. Leest was suspended by the RACB for several months, but he did not return to the Belcar series, now known as the Belgian GT Championship.

During the 24 Hours of Zolder 2007 the Porsche Biturbo proved that it had podium potential... and for the Menzo 24 Hours of Zolder Leest will be back in action. The young driver, normally active in the Benelux Racing League V6, will be at the wheel of the First Motorsport Porsche 997 GT3 Cup. Together with Niels Lagrange, Pascal Nelissen-Grade and François Verbist he's looking at a top-5 ranking.
It should be noted that the Porsche, bearing start number 250 will be competing in Division 3. It goes without saying that Leest will have to keep to the norm times in Zolder...
