No MRS Vertigo at the 24 Hours grid?

In spite of a wonderful result at the last Belcar race, is is unclear if the Gillet Vertigo of the MRS Leuven team will makei t to the grid of the Euphony 24 Hours of Zolder grid. The car should be perfectly ready for the job, given some very recent modifications. "It will be difficult for us", explains Jimmy Ver Elst from the MRS team. "We're lacking drivers, that's just sad."

"We've invested much time, energy and money to improve this car's reliability. With great results! Our last result was tremendous (third in class at Brands Hatch). Moreover we have found a solution for the component that has been the car's Achilles' heel for some time. If we aren't making it to the start of the Zolder 24 Hours, we'll obviously be going for the last two Belcar races. The car is ready, so we want to race it!"

The starting number for the MRS Vertigo was still in the hands of MRS, so it's still perfectly possible for them taking part in the race. The car is also on the official subscribers' list. Interested drivers can contact MRS Leuven using our info address for 24H teams: teaminfo@24u.be .
