GLPK Viper fastest during free practice

The main players already had their part in free practice. The GLPK Viper and the SRT Corvette kept up with eachother's lap times. 1.34.7 for the GLPK Viper against 1.34.8 for SRT. For the GLPK Viper this can be seen as some kind of shake-down after repairs following the heavy Spa accident. The car hadn't been rolling for a singel mile yet, so we can call it a success...

The Eurotech Marcos MantisDuring the first 15 minutes it was the Eurotech Marcos Matis leading the field. A slide towards the 'first lefthander' gravel trap put and end to an impressive series of improvements. Not a lot of other incidents, yet the G&A Z3 stalled at the pit lane entrance. Most other drivers were running trouble free.

Two American race cars were followed by another 'american': the Kuismanene Racing Viper. The first non-American make was the PSI Porsche of Palttala-Van Sande-Mollekens-Radermecker, followed by the Eurotech Marcos and the RS Racing Porsche. Expectedly the Severich-Steinberg-Neyens BMW was fastest in Touring. The guest class was led by the Porsche of Lémeret-Van den Broeck-Clout-Herman.
