MSE not joining free practice

The MSE run BMW E36 will only be running in hte official qualifying sessions, skipping free practice. The explanation was the MSE team needed some more tweaking to bring the car to the grid in optimized circumtances. The MSE BMW will be populated by Peter Beckers, Kurt Raes and father & son Van Samang.
