ADAC GT Masters - Racing For Belgium best Belgian teamWim Coekelbergs' Racing For Belgium ended the second free practice session in ninth spot - making the Aston Martin the fastest Belgian entry. Belgian David Sterckx and the Dutchman Ron Marchal are in fact 2,5 seconds above the time set by GT-ace Christophe Bouchut. Stefanie Boden and Alexandra van de Velde were just one tenth slower than the RFB Aston. This gave the Viper a tenth best time. A+ Racing finished the practice in fourteenth spot and CEO Racing was seventeenth. De Bongou-Speedlover clinched the wooden spoon, ending in last place. Similar to the first free practice session the AD Sport Viper remained in its stable.
Once again the Lamborghini-armada was up front. Bouchut with the All-Inkl.com Racing power monster set the best time, ahead of the three Reiter Engineering Lambos. A small fait divers from the pitlane: Jos Menten will not be competing in the 24 Hours of Zolder this year. The Dutchman, living in Haelen, has given priority to his FIA GT programme with the Lamborghini Murciélago of Reiter Engineering.
