24 Hours of Zolder - review of the 24u.be-crew

Thank you and until the next time! The 24 Hours of Zolder has entered the history books as the first edition for GT3s. Congratulations to all the finishers, but also all competitors. Thanks to all collaborators, organisers, marshals, media centre assistants, the radio info-team and all others involved..

Notwithstanding the reduced number of competitors we can say that it was highly interesting race. Tension, sporting behaviour and no race incidents with a sad ending. It was definitely one of he most exciting and fought out 24Hours in years.

Let us hope that next year the competitors field will be of a similar quality and thanks to a more favourable agenda will also be better from a quantity point of view. It is almost certain that the visitors next year will be far more numerous at the Circuit Zolder, for this Belgian classic.

The crew of 24u.be can look back on a highly successful event. The collaboration between SRO-Circuit Zolder-Pitstop.tv and 24u.be has proved that a multimedial approach between various media offers an added value for the 24 Hours of Zolder.
At all times the website remained fully accessible for all visitors; our technical partner Priorweb brought a difficult assignment to a positive end. We would also wish to thank our other partners; Drukkerij Feys, JC Communications, Euro Printing, Themacafé Wheels, Hastings McKay Associates, CKW Media, Mouchaers Media Services en Multidesk.be for their contribution in a highly successful event.

As far as we are concerned, look forward to seeing you next year.

See you in Zolder for the 24 Hours 2008!
