Race stabilises - ProSpeed holds the upper hand after 12 hours Contrary to GPR Pino Racing, everything is running smoothly at ProSpeed Competition. The works Porsche teams consolidates the lead but the pace remains high. NGT Racing follows six laps down and is ready to take over command in the event that Penders and co should fail. Bart Couwberghs and Ruben Maes are producing strong stints whilst fuel consumption is being carefully monitored by team manager Marc Maton. In third place we find the somewhat more economical Porsche 996 GT3 RS of MPM Racing by Verbist, where especially Jos Menten and Markus Palttala carried out most of the night stints.
Anthony Kumpen, Bert Longin and Vincent Radermecker managed a splendid come back. The Mosler MT900 is back in the top-five, following the crash of Steve Zacchia with the Ferrari F430 GT3 of Sport Garage. KRK Racing is in heavy waters, with in close vicinity the advanciong Ferrari of Francorchamps Motors. Behind them we find the Porsche of First Motorsport Porsche of amongst others Lagrange. The #250 is carrying out its own race, and is systematically climbing up the ranking. Behind them another Division 3 Porsche; namely the RS-model entered by JD by Astromega.
A+ Racing has also found its way back into the top-ten. After a strong stint by Menno Kuus the yellow Dodge Viper Competition Coupé is now lapping in ninth place, ahead of the Porsche 997 GT3 Cup of Speedlover. Jurgen van Hover: "Similar to the First Porsche we're not taking any notice of the battle between the Porsche RS and the Porsche Cup S. We're only taking care of ourselves and bit by bit we'll be making up a few places."
In Division 2 Speedlover is leading, whilst MPM Racing by Verbist is dominating D3. The intermediate ranking after 12 hours:
